I cant see that any apps are erroring out?

Why do you want to port a rom from NexusS? If you want the Xperia S launcher you can install another Galaxy Nexus rom and install Xperia Launcher from this post : http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1557091

I want the whole rom, not just the launcher

FYI, the Xperia S runs on GB and NOT on ICS. :\
