Same issue - Right side about an inch or so below the power button.

It's got to be a pressure point failure on the device.

If you are within 3O days the store should swap it. After 30 days you need to call warranty...800-811-1111 i think

went to the store where i got it from and the manager just gave me a new one...

i had to do my "i am very mad face" though.

I forgot to post - but they also replaced mine.

No angry face required - just a calm polite explanation and a complete look over of the phone to make sure it wasn't the result of abuse or dropping the device. The store agreed with me that there was no indications of other damage, and that it appeared to be a defect - but of course they couldn't confirm that to be the official response.

replaced mine at best buy. Luckily I purchased the phone as a silver rewards member. That extended my return to 45 days.

This time I went black.

Still no crack on mine but I check every time I swap batteries..

Should I replace mine? The crack doesn't really bother me at all but I don't want it to get any worse. Is it worth it to have to get your new phone and re setup everything?

if its cracked and u can get a replacement it sure is worth it, can i ask how all of you with crack screens carry your phone? Case? if so what brand? ect. .. my note just goes in ny front right pocket most the time
