1.first wipe the data and cache
2. wipe dalvik cache
3.wipe battery stats.
4.flash the latest quarx nightly.http://quarx2k.ru/cm9-nightly-defy+/...0511-Defy+.zip
5.Flash the Gapps for ICS.(Download here)http://quarx2k.ru/other/gapps-ics-20120304-signed.zip
6.Reboot.

Apex launcher is an app..you can download it from the play store..

Dropping down point is not always the same. Sometimes it drops from 64 to 54 etc, but its always about 10% drop and occurs twice around 60% and 30%.
I will try official CM7.2RC2 first (I know probablly it brings no effect on batt stat issue...), and then flash 2.3.5 sbf and Defy+ roms as recommended!
I've the same problems.. have you tried to flash the 2.3.5? Does it solve?

I flashed the 2.3.5 and Quarx May 6th build.
It solved the battery drop issue....almost!
I mean, the batt stat does not usually shows such big drops after flashing 2.3.5, but small drop (less than 10%) still happens occationally (after rebooting etc), but is not that annoying now =)
In other thread, some ppl are reporting that drop happens even with stock roms, so maybe it is not a software issue...

And there were good side effect. With 2.3.4, I could charge the battery to 100%, but vattery voltage is only 4100mV or so. It is value for original defy battery and that means the battery was NOT actually fully charged.
Aftter flashing 2.3.5 and Quarx CM7.2, the battery is charged over 4300mV at 100% =D
