Wipe Data Factory reset
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Wipe again to make sure

Flash zip in recovery

Reboot Phone

Let sit about 10 minutes... It will take most of this time to boot up.

Once at ATT ReadyToGo screen click Cancel

Let installation finish... Will take a few more minutes...


set up WiFi and anything else you want and give it a go...

Please report Back with bugs so I can get them fixed...

Logcats are your best friend!! Please post them if you can..

Use system tuner to freeze/get rid of at&t bloat or use disable in applications

Use Apex launcher or nova in market.

Enable 2D GPU Acceleration for all apps for a boost. Flash fully charged to maintain battery efficiency

what does it do when you want to shut it down ?

you can try to take the shut down and the rotation files from xboaders source.....

great job! so glad to see ppl releasing their roms after such a short amount of time. you must have been working on it nonstop- and thank you!

i see that the ZIP size is 350Mb. If im not mistaken this is huge, correct? other ICS roms i have played with (on Xoom, and Galaxy Nexus) are usually right around the 100Mb area. Are these roms going to reach 100Mb once the great devs start figuring out the bugs? What is it that is making it be triple what other ICS roms are in size?
(dont mean this in any hateful way at all, this is to be expected as this came out....yesterday. im just wondering)
