Well I switched to my nand of MikShift and the PC still won't connect to the net with any kind of tethering... Stupid Compaq. So yeah I guess there's no problem with the tethering just my Windows piece of junk.. again great work guys

One other possible bug, and maybe I am mistaken, but when you slide open the Shift, shouldnt it automatically unlock? Mine does not under this ROM. Maybe it is a setting that I didnt find yet.

It's not a bug it's more of a fix. It is listed on the OP, under ROM Mods one_love_420:

So maybe my phone just does not like this ROM. I switched ROMS to Decks latest and have not had a problem with the hardware button lights since flashing. With NewSense my lights seemed to work for a while then not work for a while and so on.

So i'm trying to enable A2SD and when i do it it says "cannot reinstall applications to SD card" am i doing something wrong?

im really loving this rom especially now that i got a2sd working properly after a lil time on Google i found a noob friendly guide that really helped im no noob to rooting but never used a2sd before so it was interesting for me i love having 323mb free space on the phone itself lol i was using mikshifted g but it was very lagging for me and just didn't run right when i would slide open the phone i would only get a half screen for about 15 seconds going in and out of menu's was real buggy im so glad to have newsense it runs perfect much better than stock

First off, I assume you have an ext partition on your sdcard right? Are you typing "su" pressing enter then typing "a2sd reinstall" in terminal emulator? Or just "a2sd reinstall" in adb shell? Have you flashed any themes/mods/kernels or did anything like that? You running unaltered stock newSENSE?

I'm an idiot lol I woke up this morning and remembered I got a new SD card a couple of months ago and didn't partition it. Thanks for the help though
