Default One X v One XL

Whats the difference? I just ordered the one X but discovered there is a one XL forum. Is that just a different variant of it like Samsung did with the first Galaxy S ranges or is it a different phone?

The one xl is essentially the one s with the dual processor but bigger and has LTE a.k.a 4g Internet

Not only a difference in processor but storage as well. One X comes with 32gb while One XL comes with 16gb

XDA is about developing and is for developers. Any user that recognises that will gain the most benefit from this site

This is and always will be a site for developers, pure and simple. Without them we are nothing, without them there would be no reason for XDA Developers to exist; we should never ever forget that. Without them this place would not be called XDA-Developers but something else, e.g Mobile Phone User Support Services For Ungrateful Nerds.

Previous devices: HTC: Treo 650 - Excalibur - Diamond - Diamond 2 - Maple - HD2 - Rhodium - Desire Z - Desire HD - Vivid - Sensation - One V - One X - Titan II - One X+ - DNA

It took 2 seconds for twistedh to respond to me and tell me what he already knew. I did google it but it brought up a lot of crap and there was no x v xl reviews. I did not want to read through the individual specs of both phones and compare them myself as I did not have the time.

Not only will this thread serve helpful for other members who come here and have the same query. It saved me a bit of time hunting down both phones specs and twistedh had no problem taking 2 seconds out of his time to tell me what he already knew.

Why dont you just relax. I know the same topic appearing can be a pain in the ass but I did not see this topic anywhere else in the forum.

Was no offense at all.. Sry if it looks like it was one.
I am relaxed for sure.
But you know these guys preferring to ask everything little peace which they want to know instead doing a little google search... I hate those guys somehow.
If I really want to know something I am doing some research and then I ask here

Again it was no offense, if you picked it up as one I am sorry man.

For the reasons you have I understand you for sure.
Which one will you get now btw.. One x right?!

No problems man. I think my post might have been an overreaction on my part. I apologise too if you think my post was an attack on yourself. I certainly didn't intend it that way and upon reading again I can see how you could have read it that way.

We are all here for the same reason. We all want to have sex with the HTX X One and it is better for the community if we all get along. We can also make new friends with common interests. I look forward to reading more of the experiences you have with this great piece of technology we are about to receive. :)

Oh and yes I will be getting the HTC X its pre ordered and coming on the 11th. Coming from a Galaxy S1 that I have had for last 2 years.
