If I want to use ICS Domination and I'n currently on DXLP9 rom whot theme from offered to use from download site? It's a bit confusing...

Vertumus 4.3 and 4.4 version both work on LP9. Just 4.4 version is newer version.

Yes, but there are 2 versions of 4.4 LP9 & LPD . That's why I'm not sure...

If you are using LP9 firmware as you said, you should choose LP9 theme version.

Are you sure running LP9 and flashed right version? Make sure you have a stock theme and no mods installed on your phone before flashing Vertumus theme.

Running Neat ROM v1.8.3 DXLP9 with Siyah 3.2.6. No mods installed. Wiped cache and dalvick then got boot animation then android application update and again boot animation and so on...

DXLP9 not compatible with domination theme
Restore your backup and flash LPD (v1.9.1) and then Domination 4.4
