Flashed stock rom LPG through Odin, did full factory reset by pressing *2767*3855# in dialer, flashed cf-root, flashed neat rom, problem with browser still persisted, tried your suggestion with other apk in root explorer. Still crashes upon entering characters in "search on page"

I found bug and it is Samsung fault, not mine. Just change your phone's language to English UK, reboot and check. Please report me and I'll see what can I do about it

I havent that problem, Vertumus hasnt that problem, you have... The only possible difference is phone's language

Can i flash (08/06/2012) JKay's frameworks with Sense 4 recent app & S III settings icons or can it be ported to use with your rom?

Yes you can. Make nandroid backup first and flash "Tiger's ICS XWLPF Deodex"
