Does this work with the stock rom that has just been rooted? I can't seem to get it set up right.

no it won't work as the stock rom is odexed and does not allow themeing. The rom needs to be deodexed or else there are permission and signature conflicts between the .apk and the .odex

Any news on getting this up for Android Revolution HD? Really looking forward to giving it a try.

Huh thats odd i was sure you could not theme odexed roms. Mind posting it?

This version is modified by me, but its basically stock and some stuff removed.
I also have a different kernel.

But I downloaded the zip, flashed it and then Made a few things.
