Default [GUIDE] how to put the shotdown and restar direct acces in the menu
just make a new shortcut and open it and write this or paste it

shutdown.exe -r- t 00 press next and write shutdown

and make the same process to create another shortcut restart

restart shortcut
shutdown.exe /r /t 00
