a large shop here in Belgium announces the TF300 for may 5th
it's a 32GB model.

for the moment at the same price as the Prime, but my guess is the price for the TF300 will drop once other shops put it for sale.

spec looks fishy. even OG transformer was $399 when if first came out and that was for only 16gb. now Asus offering double the memory for same price? lol then Asus own spec page and advertisements show it as 16gb only. ill hold off on locking that spec in mind until Asus changes spec page or not. you will be mad thinking you getting 32 when its really 16. the pricing is off either how and makes it seem more suspicious.

well the iconia a510 which is coming out tomorrow? has 32gb for 450. so if asus is trying to battle that..$399 seems good. the original transformer was cheaper than the original iconia by $50 aswell if i'm not mistaken.

either way lets hope those specs and prices are correct so i can get my first tablet!

Hello guys. Benchmark managed to get TF300T early, so I decided to do a short video presentation, just to let people know how smooth it is. I am open to questions, but be quick, don't know when I will be returning it.

Well I guess we never really know till it is actually released... but the 16gb was before and since the release of the TF300 is very, very near... I have seen more and more sites with the price of $399 and 32gb with it.. Maybe the lack of super IPS, slightly lower clock speed, and no flash is enough call it $399.

How's the Wifi and GPS?
And can you run some benchmarks, with Quadrant, AnTuTu and Linpack?
Thanks

@Gizmo123

Hopefully you still have the Samsung GT 7+. Would appreciate wifi stress test comparison. Folks here may be interested in BT/wifi interoperability as well.

Suggest skipping benchmarks. We already know about Teg3; this is a slightly slower Teg3 than Prime's.

What is the battery spec for the dock?
