[Q]Root but not quite

Hi guys, I need some help with getting 100% root.

I have CWM and Superuser. I was able to install the Tuesday ROM but when starting up Barnacle for Wifi tether, I get an error regarding "su" access. I have Ti Backup and Root Explorer so I know I have root access. I remove Barnacle from Superuser and allowed it when it prompted. I also did a Fix Permissions in CWM but I am still getting the error message.

Please advise.

Hmmm looks like you did everything right.. Maybe a fresh wipe. You should also try to wipe the caches.

Why not just use the phone's built in wifi tether?

Yep, just use the phones built in tether. I had barnacle back in the day and I could never get it to work due to that very same issue....

The built in tether app does work. Just got used to using barnacle and concerned that my device is not 100% rooted.

not sure if you know what ROOT means, but if you have superuser, you are 100% rooted. meaning you have administrative permission/access to the root of your device.
