Here are the Xperia S fonts for Mini and Mini pro.

Flash the given Zip via CWM.
no bootloops on gb roms.

By the look of that soft keyboard, it can only be a Mini or Mini Pro. And I'm guessing that's either the stock rom or one themed to look like it.
