Instructions:
- unlock your bootloader
- baseband 72 (recomended)
- latest ICS kernel by Night-Elf (experimental is recommended)
- if u are from previous I-Scream 12, flash it directly (if having any issue, try full wipe)
- make a full CWM backup of your current rom
- reboot into recovery, wipe data/factory reset, wipe caches
- mount data, mount system, format data & format system
- install zip from sd card > choose the main rom
- reboot into phone (must boot into phone at least once, if u flash update directly, it will cause bootloop)
- you may see error on the first boot, just ignore it
- do not set account yet
- reboot again into recovery, flash update (u can find it in -=I-Scream_12xs=- folder on your sd card)
- also flash neo patch for neo user
- reboot into phone, enjoy

Some neo user may having issue installing the rom, something like this;

Thanks to igogold for detecting/realize this as he mention here; that due to the size of the rom, around 312Mb on system partition, was too large for neo phone, which have only 312Mb system partition.
Solution
An easy way is to get the trimmed version by igogold, please refer to his post here.
The rom need to be trim/slim so it will fit neo system partition. Keep another copy of the rom in a safe place (backup). Refer to the list below, delete those apk files from the rom. Then u can proceed with the installation.
