Question [Q] Getting S-on

Hey,

I'm trying to unroot my phone to send it back for warranty, but I can't get S-on again. I did all the steps from other guides, installed a stock RUU but when I'm in the CMD window to get S-ON at the point where i have to type "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3" it says <waiting for device> and than nothing happens.
Can you guys please help me? I'm already looking for a solution for about a month and really want to get rid of the issue as soon as possible.

Many thanks in advance,
Frank

I have no idea how that can be an issue, as it does recognise the phone when checking in adb
