how to cook splash screen into custom rom?

i am bulding a custom rom

i need my own custom image instead of the HTC image.

also the animation "windowsphone" i need to change

how do i do it step by step?

So, in spite of my advise to read the whole OsBuilder topic - you continue your favorite job - create useless topics.

Concerning custom animation - you should create custom mui containing graphic resources with new animation. Are you able to do that?

Can you give me more information? Which files originally contain these resources? This is XAML+Silverlight animation, right?
