How to S-OFF on my HTC Sensation XL? Sorry for bad english, im italian

And How To can i install a ROM?

To install custom ROM
1) root your phone ~> http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1341127
2) flash ClockWorkMod ~> http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1348693
3) Choose which ROM you want, follow the steps there ( boot into recovery mode, do a full wipe, install ROM)

i found it

oh yea, before u root, u have to unlock boot loader

go to the htcdev website, begin unlock bootloader
then follow the steps written there, make sure u do it step by step.

i download Android SDK

i have unlocked the bootloader!!!!!

now u may proceed to root your phone, and install CWM =)

i' m unlocked the bootloader. now?
