Apex Launcher, Minimalistic Text and Simple Text.

Minimalistic Text settings can be downloaded here. Use Simple Text to create your own text icons on the fly and sorry, I don't remember where the background pics come from. It was a package of them, possibly inspired by cyanogen.

I do not have root my HTC One S and I have no plans to do so.

You can make screenshots, if you press Power Button + Home Button works without root
