Apps via tb backup is ok. I do it everytime this way and never had problems with wakelocks through this way. After backup do reboot and clear cache & dalvik. With that way after installing new rom everything worked fine for me.

Hello and thx for the update, but my WIFI direct and ELAN doesn't work after the update.
after I choose WIFI direct the button get grey but nothing happens. After that the WLAN always getting off. only a reboot works
