If you search I think you'll find that the kworker and event wakelocks are generic terms used by the Android OS - at least that's all I could find - if they were from a named process then you'd see that in BBS instead. FYI I ran a Shark dump and checked that and couldn't find any correlation to anything.

I personally think it's connected to the RILJ wakelock and the GTALK ones that keep popping up even though I've got Talk frozen...and I think the CM9 team is going to have to nail it before AOKP or Task can do much.

Actually I think if you check the tapatalk reviews that's mentioned - I was going to buy when v2.0 was released but decided to wait because of the stability issues...

I also would like to get this working.... I successfully DL the apk from post #4355: TvOut.apk then moved with Root Explorer to system/app and set permissions to rw-r-r and rebooted. It didn't work - did I miss a step?
You might try fixing permissions in advanced option of recovery. That worked for me when I replaced the DSPManager app in systems on a previous build .

I'm not sure if other people have seen this and asked about it or whatever, but it never happened on UnNamed or Binnacle. Here's some proof:

Edit: Just realized that it might sound like I'm trolling and just putting a T-Mobile SIM in my phone. I'm not--I would record proof when it's happening and show the AT&T SIM in the back while it happens but it only seems to happen when I'm at school and I'm not able to record anything at that point.
In settings/more.../mobile networks/network operators you get search networks and select automatically options, and below that you can choose AT&T or T-Mobile, so that may have something to do with it
