Holy hell! OK well that took forever but I am happy to say that after a full wipe I am back on the best rom, Dingle berry free!. I had to format my internal SD card too because I had way too much crap on it. But everything is as it should be. And all Is right with the world again lol

My wifi auto reconnects sometimes but sometimes it doesn't. This is after a full system wipe not just data wipe.

Not a huge deal just something I noticed, like I said it doesn't happen all the time.

First off, I sincerely apologize if either of these things have easy fixes. My google-fu is failing me.

My wi-fi indicator is missing from the status bar. I cycled through the different wi-fi icon options and still nothing.

Is there a way to permanently disable the backlight for the soft keys? I have them turned off in the device options menu, but they turn back on and stay on every time I adjust the screen brightness. When they do turn on and I go back to the device options menu the box is not checked. I attempted to disable them through the menu* discussed in the FAQ post, but all the values are already set to zero.

Thanks guys.

Edit: I forgot to mention I did do a second full wipe before this install. The first time I flashed the rom gapps didn't stick, so I just started over from the beginning.

*Sorry I can't remember what it was called. It allowed you to set the intensity levels of the lights compared to the intensity of the screen.

He's right. Sometimes on a hard reset, the battery % is WAY lower than what it was. There've been times I've done a hard reset at 65% and it booted at 22%. The battery percentage does slowly crawl back up but that usually takes a couple hours.

i think you should probably flash a different rom bro. these are issues that dont happen if everything is properly wiped/flashed.

1) Wifi signal is there. If you dont have it you've done something seriously wrong.

2) In device settings you can turn the touchkey lights off full-time. if you can't. you've done something wrong.

your ATT phone wants a galaxy nexus kernel? go ahead and go flash it from the aokp site then. you won't get it from here.
