li-po batteries are best when wwe do full cycles 0-100-0%
li-ion batteries are best when we do small charges that are between 20-80%
usually li-ion batteries are kept in storage (until sold to clients) right in the middle of that range , 50% exactly (usually 40-50%)
as an engineer in robotics i know these things pretty well.

Because i read in previous post that 3000mah is really 3000mAH
And 3250 is 2700mah really :/

i recommend buying original batteries, or at least 2 chinese ones, which are 3.5$ a piece.

The so-called 3000mah battery is a fraud which doesn't hold the charge.
I have a 3250 mah battery that looks just like this one and that actually lasts much longer (2 days of medium use, 3G and Wifi always on, sync on, mail on). However there are reports that batteries sold by this vendor are not good so beware.
