hmm, whay helping careless people ?
you repeat things that have written thousand times, isn't it enough?

that kind of questions should not take place in miniCM thread, but in noobish Q&A section

FAQs are there to help, no need to repeat things, just let these people read it.

When I flashed this ROM the first time (at the beginning of the month), it has become a laggy, unusable ROM, so I went back to GingerDX.

BUT. I had the curiosity because lot of people commented that the ROM is smooth as butter, so I've tried again, the same method as I flashed it first:
1.) Run SEUS and flas original 2.1
2.) Run SuperUser on PC, gaining root
3.) Phone turned off, flashing nAa ICS v2 kernel with flashtool
4.) Turning on phone, entering CWM and then I moved the ROM and the GAPPS files to SDCARD from PC (ADB push)
5.) Full wiped twice, flashed ROM, and after this flashed GAPPS
6.) Restart phone

Now I have a really really smooth and unlagging ROM. Really strange, but I don't mind, because now works great.

One important thing I did at the time I used GingerDX is that I reformatted my SDCARD to FAT with bigger cluster size. Maybe this is why the swap file on SDCARD works faster and thus not lagging the phone at all. Yes, I've restarted now my X8 several times; kept with screen off and then turned on with no lag, everything opens in maximum 1-2 seconds! It's impossible, but true!

My performance settings are:
-Surface Dithering- ON
-16bit transparency- ON
-/memory management/zRam- 26%
-/memory management/Allow purging of assets- OFF
-/memory management/Kernel samepage merging- ON
-/processor/CPU governor- SMARTASSV2
-/processor/Minimum CPU frequency- 19MHz
-/processor/Maximum CPU frequency- 691MHz
-/Processor/"Underolt" the CPU [yeah I know, it is a typo]- ON
-/processor/Set on boot- ON

I'm using SWAPPER2 with simple SWAP file, not with SWAP partition:
-Run swapper at startup- checked
-Swap size: 256 MB
-Swapiness: 60 (system default)
-Everything else is at default settings.

I never Supercharged my phone or did something fancy with it. It is just plain ROM and with no tweaks. I think the important thing is the SDCARD's health/ cluster size! The bigger the cluster size, the more faster it will be, BUT small files eats more space! (BTW I own a class6 8GB card)
Hope I helped to the people who are not sure in things.

So thank you nobodyAtall once again!
thanks man
