Fellas, theres been a lot of talk around v21y i know as Ive seen many posts; both accurate and completely speculations. Regardless, im just confirming with you that we have all of our ROMs totally working with the v21y baseband. As a few lucky people may already be using if you grabbed the zip file of the rom we had hosted on here for about 8hrs the other day. We thought of something that we decided to do after a bunch of people who were not even on 21y flashed it. Thats when i pulled it down. Its coming though in the release within a day or two... CSM & I have spent hours on this for you guys everyday for the past week. I think he and combined probably worked 60+ hrs over the weekend alone.

thanks man....I was at that point going off of what I had been told but good to know about these ROMs...can't wait to see your hard work come to fruition!

I haven't follow this topic for couple days and I'm lost. So people like me using v21e (Jul 15, 2011) base band is it necessary or recommended to flash the newer base band? If not, is there any good we flash the coming new release ROM?

I think i found a bug with aosp. My google music occasionally works, but most of the time when i try to play offline files i get the error "couldn't play the track you requested". Sometimes they will play, and the stock player plays them fine.

I initially thought this was an issue with my damaged SD card, but it kept happening after i stopped using an SD card, then it kept happening after i got a new one. I have tried several fresh installs, nullifying, installing google music from apks, installing from market, transferring my mp3s between internal and external storage, and i have even tried redownloading eaglesblood incase i had a corrupted rom file.

When i go back to a cm based rom the problem goes away.

I have the file for v21y but when I flashed after complete wipe I got the fax machine, so I reverted back to cm7 rc3 and call audio is working again. I am pretty sure I messed something up cause it was like 3-4am probably something within aroma installer either way it'll be nice to have that and what I saw in the video working for those of us on 21y baseband. Thanks eb team!

read around some people didn't get good gps locks or bad signal, things of that nature...some have said to get better in both fields I had good prior but battery is a little better as well. 21y is a lot more stable for others when it comes to BSOD and reboots as well.

same here...i got the file off the site and did a clean install.
i still had the fax machine
also back to cm7 and waiting for eb aosp

I belatedly noticed there is no power item in system settings. The phone acts like it is in fastboot mode. Cannot really turn it off - turn it off to preserve power but battery winds up dead anyway - cannot find the setting?

They pulled the download because people using the old baseband were flashing it and running into problems. A new build with the fix will be up in a day or two.
