Correct me if i am wrong, difference between your build 3 and this AOSP build 1 is that this one is based on pure google code while that was build on CM9 which itself was based on AOSP. So you removed the middle layer now.

P.S: Kinda making something like AOKP which is based purely off AOSP?

You pretty much got it.

This is based off the Maguro (Gnex) source code which is just straight Google source.

CM9 really isn't AOSP, of course they did start with stock Google source, it turned in to something quite different.

Just for anyone who didn't already know:
AOKP is Android Open Kang Project
AOSP is Android Open Source Project
CM9 is of course, CyanogenMod 9

I was shopping at Safeway while checking what's on sale with my phone browser. Every single time when the screen rotate, browser close by itself. Regardless which browser, all did the same.

I suppose to get mad, but I'm still patiently waiting for bld2.

Also, try restarting the device.

I've tried replicating the problem using the stock browser, Opera, Opera Mini and Chrome, all of them did it fine.

This ROM has a great battery life! Only 15% battery used in 25 hours and 49 min were used. Great work, can't wait for next build to come out!

guys, screen rotate is broken in ics for the p999 at the moment. This was true with any build for cm9 that i used and it's true of aosp. We haven't gotten to the point where this issue is extremely important yet, so i'm not sure if this is something to do with our old graphics drivers or if it's some issue with something we actually have source code for.

If you want a super stable setup, you need to turn off auto-rotate. I'm sorry if this sucks and ruins anyone's day, but auto-rotate doesn't work correctly atm.

Certain programs that support rotation manually probably wont be a problem. This tends to make me think it's something we will eventually be able to fix with some layout fixes but we have bigger fish to fry at this time and for now a very reliable workaround exist with minor annoyance.
