I've just registered only for asking you, because I'm going mad. Now, I imagine I will participate on the forum in the near future.
Well, I tell you my problem:
I'm trying to install miniCM9 on my xperia x10 mini pro. The phone is rooted, the bootloader is unlocked, the baseband is the same and I installed the Clockworkmod recovery and its update. The recovery worked, but when I flash the kernel nAa (the one that ICS needs), I cannot enter the recovery despite pressing the back button. I need to enter it to run the zip that contains miniCM9 and finally get it.

when the phone boots up, do you have the nAa-ics-03 kernel boot anim?
there is no need to install the recovery since there is one embedded in the kernel, both might conflict with each other (?)
go to stock kernel, erase CWM recovery (you can use SEUS for the purpose)
then reflash kernel and retry
make sure you use the right kernel : nAa-ICS for your specific device (robyn = x10mini, mimmi = x10minipro and shakira = x8 )

i hope the above could help
Yes, the animation appears.
Maybe I'm not using the correct kernel. The guide says this:
When I click in "the kernel ftf from here", it downloads an archive automatically. I don't see anything about mimmi, robyn or shakira.
I thought I needed Clockwork (after flashing nAa kernel) in order to install the miniCM9. Is this correct?
Thank you!
EDIT: I've done what you told me. I restored the phone to fabric with Update Service. I rooted it (before this, I've activated debug usb and unkown origins), I checked (with s1tool) the bootloader was unlocked (the lowercase "r") and flashed nAa kernel (and it is the version for xperia x10 mini pro). Now, I reboot the phone and the anim appears, but I cannot enter the recovery embedded on the kernel (pressing back many times when nAa logo appears).

- no, CWM is in kernel (custom, not stock)
in fact for rom, it is written the code name (i.-e. : robyn, mimmi and shakira)
but for kernel we use code number :
x10mini = e10
x10miniPRO = u20
x8 = e15

but for kernel we use code number :

the number is written in the archive: U20_nAa-ics-03_2.6.29.6-nAa-ics-03.ftf
if you can't access to recovery, force reboot (pressing Home+Power button) and retry
are you sure you have an x10miniPro ? (really common mistake, sorry to ask)
Ohhh f***!! i was installing e10 kernel on my u20 (yes, it is a mini pro because it has the qwerty keyboard). Sorry for my stupid mistake! And thank you!
Can't I just flash nAa ICS kernel directly, then boot into recovery, format the phone and dalvik cache then install MiniCM9-3.0.2?
Or do I have to use SEUS to turn it all stock again, then again the whole process of rooting then unlocking bootloader, then the ICS kernel and so on...?

EDIT: I have entered the recovery now!
EDIT 2: it DOES work!
good

I had to override settings in profile [ sms / vibrate enable ]
Shouldn't the following setting enable it ?
In volumes the "ringtone & notifications" is set to vibrate
What do
Link Ringtone + Notification volume
Link Ringtone + Notification mutes
do?
(1 setting instead of 2, because they are linked, no?)
Also,
When listening to music on vibrate-mode, the music continues to play when someone calls, which makes it difficult to realize that there is a call coming
[ Is it supposed to be like this ? ]
