instalation:
* download icsogen.AOKP-0.2-beta2.zip and save to SD card.
* reboot to recovery mode
* select install zip from sd card
* select choose zip from sd card
* select icsogen.AOKP-0.2-beta2.zip package
* select yes - install update
* now select wipe data/factory reset
* accept and select reboot phone
* wait to load system
What's not working in [BETA1]:
* still little flickers in H/W Acceleration

* bootanimation (black screen, anyone know what is wrong?? )

One sugestion or something i think you should add the twlauncher like i don't know a second launcher from one we can choose i like the twlauncher from sgs2
I created AOKP from source too! Was supposed to release it on Wednesday (Due to exams)... Do u think I should continue with the release?
