I hate to agree, but homescreen has some hesitation and lacking some smoothness.
Wifi is faster, but has some issues re-connecting.
Running freshly installed NEAT Stock Rom.

Still testing, but so far on quadrant something like :

2964
lulzactive / vr

4169
on demand / noop

4291
conservative / lionheart / vr

3361
lulzactive / vr / Shred_mc

quadrant means jack mate. if the phone is responsive and performance in your eyes is good then numbers do not mean nothing. but i can understand those who love to run the figures though.

i prefer running my hands through other figures if you know what i mean

hehe i am not using galaxy s2 no more. sold it for the One X buddy. but still like to pop here..anyways i always recommend ondemand because it has the balance of great battery life and great on performance. Use Vr scheduler or use SIO

Yep, no doubt, I hear what you're saying

It's hard to judge responsiveness though, without any placebo effect from installing a new Kernel
Quadrant atleast has some 3d, that can more easily be seen how well it moves.

Not saying the kernel is not responsive, it is, but it's hard for noobies like me to find the right settings
