[Q] Unreachable while on WiFi?

A few of my contacts have asked me why I've turned my phone off, because they couldn't reach me. And each time, they've tried to call me while I've plugged it into the charger and had turned wifi on. Couldn't really find anybody else with the same issue (except for a topic on the Galaxy Nexus forum, but needless to say - that's unrelated). Has anybody experienced the same problem or do you have a suggestion on how to debug/fix it? L26i, build 6.0.A.3.67 (stock, no updates), brand new microSIM
