Yeah I remember that too. Versions 1 2 and 3 lol. And how everyone freaked out when the ota came out and the leaked phones didn't update. And the leak 3 ended up being the ota I could be wrong but was pretty sure it was. Then the root exploit came out and I flashed xtrsense and never looked back speaking of that does anyone know what happened to Zach?

This is great news! I hate unlocking people's bootloaders and explaining that this "may" void your warranty (I explain that most likely software related things). It's really hard to explain all the benefits while saying you may have no warranty.

I thought they had S-off. I had an Evo 3D and don't remember having to jump through hoops to do anything...

Version 1.51 ( I believe) doesn't have s-off

they had s-off via revolutionary up thru hboot 1.50.0000(shooter) and 1.49.0018(shooter_u).

the gsm(shooter_u) guys found a clever way to downgrade back to 1.49.0008 bu rewriting the misc image,and the cid. however it didnt work on the cdma shooter,so they came up with an even more clever way to downgrade by bricking the device,then restoring it with a tool designed by the sensation guys.

juppunutbear will let them s-off 1.50 and 1.49.0018 hboots with need to use a potentially risky(for cdma anyway) downgrade.
