I'm sure this is the wrong place to ask, but...is there a better voice dialer than the default on that comes with android/Eman (don't know if you guys changed the voice dialer). This thing is TERRIBLE. I have to, essentially, speak like a robot for it to understand me (either directly into the phone or over the bluetooth headset), and half the time it STILL doesn't. Last night, it called some number I've never heard before, because it didn't understand my clearly saying who to call (first name, last name, and which number (work) to call), speaking the exact same way I do when I call this number at the exact same time every night. I've dialed my parents countless times (at midnight their time), because it takes "Call Joe Smith at work" (simulated name), and transforms it to "Call Daddy at home" somehow. I'm sick of this POS, please tell me there's something better I can be using, please please please.

Coming back from AOKP

I may want to come back to EMAN, but i am currently on AOKP. What is the best way to go about flashing back to this?

Allwrong,
the only voice dialer I ever use is the bluetooth device in my truck. it seems to do a fine job all the time and as far as voice dialing thru the phone I have never tried. I am however using the speech to text function to reply to you right now. during this entire message by that made 1 correction. okay with that last sentence make it 2.

I have heard that you can't use a Nandroid to get back. You need to double flash back to Eman. Though might want another response. That is just what I have heard. I am sure one of the his will tell you for sure soon. Welcome back.

Yes, a double flash of the ROM from recovery will bring you back. By that I mean, boot to recovery(blue), wipe all three, flash, three finger to recovery (red now), flash again and reboot. Worked for me.

After the final reboot I let it settle for twenty minutes or so then rebooted to recovery and restored my nandroid.

Appreciate the response. Battery life is pretty terrible on AOKP. I even ordered a new battery to make sure it wasn't that. Pretty sure my best battery life was on EMAN.
