That's what mine looks like...

sorry about that. thats actually xperia launcher it still needs to be modded to work with our devices with size wise. suggestive is use nova launcher or apex if u want ics feeling. go launcher is also suggestive or 360 launcher all are good from their prespective..

Ok flashed and things were really laggy so did Super Wipe then followed install instructions again and still things are reallly laggy... Any suggestions? Can't get into rom manager to fix permissions so did that in CWM but no luck. Haven't installed anything so it's not something I installed...

what i can suggest is follow these steps.

1. use darkwipe superwipe to wipe everything from internal. such as /system /data /cache

2. flash the rom
3. let the rom settle for a bit.
4. open market and let it update to play then download busybox and install busybox latest 1.1.9 i think yeah
5. and then rom manager to fix all permissions and reboot..
6. remove all bloat and ur set.

Thanks wali, trying that out now. I just remembered that I did install the new modem. Think that might be the problem?

Also, battery # is still not matching... don't know if that's just me, or if that was supposed to be fixed.

Love the new themed apps though. great job.

which modem do u have running? id suggest using uclac4 modem because thats the best modem so far, even in canada i can tell u no battery drain one bit at all.

if u try note's modem then it messes up the phone...

Well after I installed the rom I flashed the uclc5 modem from the Note... Knew that was a bad idea...lol

yikes. ok well if things are lagging download a ucalc4 modem and flash that or i can attach a zip for u if u want to make ur life easier..let us do the testing for ya because if u test on ur side we don't want 10,000 devices bricked. we rather have our device brick rather then u guys facing problems..so definatly i'll attach the zip and get things sorted out for ya..
