[Q] Twitter for sense: no synctime setting?

Hi all, since yesterday I own this wonderful phone.
Just one question I couldn'f find an answer: isn't there any setting for synctime for twitter for sense?
I mean, I like twitter for sense implementation as well as its widgets and I don't want to install neither use something else (twitter itself, tweetdeck, plume, etc) but it's a pain not being able to set a sync time interval. Do I have to manually sync it every time?
