you can try to replace it by pulling system files on it from your original zip of your rom...and i guess its worth a try in the least

i did, using Root App Delete (any tool should work), first disabled to test, then after few days with no problems uninstalled completely

All these apps have SEND_SMS permission, must be related to Samsung Dive and remote factory reset.

Those two apps seem to be related to S-pen. People reported that removing those apps will cause the pen input to be out of calibration.

I had no problems. But you could be right. I seldom use S-Pen.
Strange thing is it can send sms; so I thought it was related to Samsung Dive.
