Thanks for the quick work! This is basically the ATT rom that I can flash onto my Rogers phone that the exe wouldn't do? Just want to confirm.

Yes. But keep in mind that it will reformat your internal SD partition, so if there's anything you need off there, copy it to your PC or external SD before flashing the rom.
