Install the latest mi7ROM and after that you can install the update.
It´s a CAB.

Put it in the CAB Sender folder and start the .bat file and press s.
You can make a backup.
After the update you dont have the MAGDLDR bootloader.
Install that after the update and you are done

hell yeah, a really nice rom!

i had an interop unlocked omnia7 and struggled a long time with the question " custom rom yes or no", because actually I did not miss anything.
then a couple of days ago I decided to try the 1b 11.11.2 and was quite impressed of that decent work of you cookers. Unfortunately I had to eat 3 random restarts in the first week, as a consequence of not resetting the phone after the custom rom flash.

I flashed again, hard resetted the device and - what can I say - awsome rom! It runs like a charm for a week now. the only issue is a strange os freeze (pulling the battery or long klicking the power button is often neccessary to handle that freeze) at one forum, if you are reading it with the mobile ie. untill now it is the only website, causing that behavior.

Yes is possible.....set in the registry:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\WebSearchOverride]
"ActionType"=dword:6

If you have the problem, that Search button settings or Quickmenu crashes by opening (most if you have 70- 80 apps installed), then install this NEW updated QuickMenu.xap and SearchKeySettings.xap tnx ultrashoot for this update AND tnx D4rk_nVidia for his tip!
