new Next Issue app

There's a new version of the magazine app, Next Issue that finally scales very nicely on our Touchpads.

Tried out the next issue app since I have a print subscription to Time magazine and it did not scale properly. Some of the words were cut off and off the white border. Wondering if its just time magazine or all the magazines.
