[MOD]Swipe to Remove Notification+14 statusbar toggle buttons[KPU][KPQ][KPQ-ICS][KP3]

Hey guys,
I ported "Swipe to Remove Notification".

Thanks to hansip87 for his great tutorial and LeoMar75.


Files changed:

• /system/framework/framework.jar
• /system/app/SystemUI.apk

Files added:

• /system/framework/lidroid-res.apk
• /system/app/QuickPanelSettings.apk

I modded my own SystemUI.apk, so it comes with the "14 statusbar toggle buttons" mod (thanks to lidroid) and some status icons changed.
(I didn't remove the Flash button, if you try to use it SystemUI.apk will FC. Hide it from QuickPanel Settings as you have always done)

It also includes the "More smooth scroll" mod (thanks to AndroidON)


This is for deodexed XXKPU and XXKPQ with ICS theme

Flash from CWM.


Do a backup first!

XXKPQ ICS theme flash the theme first
XXKPQ ICS theme - centered clock flash the theme first

Stuck in boot loop? CWM→advanced→Wipe Dalvik Cache.

The first boot will take a while.

nice gud work man congrats m tryin a kernel here and it just aint compiling ! ! but anyways.. this should hav been in Themes and app section

I forgot to mention that this zip include the "More smooth scroll" mod (framework.jar).

That's what I was doing, but do you know all the suggestions given by XDA when you write the thread title? After I opened some of them to see their section I decided to open the thread here, but now I think this is the wrong section.

i tried to use this with vurrut rom v5 rc2 based on kpu but it seems doesnt work, becoz the phone keeps rebooting in boot logo. Maybe there's a conflict with both frameworks.

Maybe , but don't expect it for tomorrow.

VurrutRom is based on kpq...

I don't understand very well... If you sake the phone, do the notifications are removed?

Nope, im using vurrut rom under kpu firmware.

I don't know why it doesn't work on vurrutROM, I made this for stock roms, he probably did some changes.

Anyway vurrutROM is based on KPQ, what you show in the screenshot is the Baseband version a.k.a. the modem. You can use the KPU modem over KPQ, even CyanogenMod.

This is vurrutROM's build.prop. Search for "KPQ".

EDIT: you are using vurrutROM with ICS theme. ICS theme uses its own SystemUI.apk, necessary for this mod. Don't use this mod.
