Installed 1.3 with the latest Kangbang Kernel and once again in call volume is really unusably low. Back to my last question, is this something specifically in the kernel or is this something in the ROM itself? Frustrating that other ROM/Kernel combinations seem to work. As an example I installed Inquisition 4.0.1.2 with their kernel and that in call volume was sufficient. I even followed the specific instructions for installing the kernel and ensured I wiped cache and dalvik after flashing the kernel. Guess I am going to try a different kernel again....

So I did some further testing. It appears to be something with the ROM as I tried 5 different Kernels(current & older) and each time the volume was about the same. Certain Kernels were better with the call volume. I have now gone back to a Sense ROM and have no issues with volume. I wish I knew more to help with actually fixing this but I am kinda frustrated and don't want to flash anymore for a few days.

It's an issue in the KangBang kernal that synergy is working on.

I installed this ROM v1.3 and my WiFi didn't work. I really love this ROM, do I need to install the kernal in order to get the WiFi to work?

I'm using an AT&T Vivid with S-Off and rooted, thanks!

That would depend on if you are S-Off or S-On. I believe if you are S-On you have to flash the kernel through fastboot. If you are S-Off I believe the kernel gets flashed as part of the ROM update.

Edit - Sorry, Just read the last sentence where you said you are S-Off. You might need to copy the bcmdhd.ko from the kernel?
