strange...everything was working ok on the htc dev page,but now,i have the email with the url instructions page 4 to finish the unlock. the Problem is when i click the link or copy/paste the url, nothing happend,the htc site is plain white.

i have tried it with ie and firefox.

anyone can help?

if i remember correctly the last step is just

fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin

and click "yes" on the phone...

I meant that only some parts of the hardware will be not supported any more.
For example: If you overclock your processor too much and then it gets hot and even breaks, you shouldn't be surprised if HTC won't repair it.

But if you break your camera or generally the body, it will be still supported because it is independent of the software

solution:
Check your GMusic account online for synced devices under settings. I think it will only allow 10, and I believe it makes a new device each time you flash a rom/ wipe data.

did you remove the leading strings in each line?

Looks like there is an official clockwork for htc one s..is it the same steps? or just unlock the bootloader..then rom manager to flash the recovery?

Unlock via HTC and flash via fastboot (if it's an .img file). But wait for a release > 5.8.2.4 as this one doesn' work as expected. Or install using Rom Manager.
