Default [REQ] Beats Audio on Xperia S??

Hi guys,

Im kinda wondering if somebody can provide the beats audio files for the Xperia S? I had the zip package on my Arc installed with CWM.

Somebody got an easier way to install? The sound compared with an Xperia Arc lacks sound quality. Especially with my incar Bluetooth audio with amplifier i can hear the difference.

Many thanks

As we have no recovery yet. Unzip that zip you have for arc and move the files to the same system folders. Then set permissions RW- , R-- , R-- then reboot the phone. Warning, not sure if anyone has tried with Xperia S yet and not sure it's really worth it. I like the sound from the S clear bass works well

Thats true, the bass is very clear. But with incar audio the bass frequence feels and sounds very high. I will try to put the files but i would rather wait an easier way to root

When I had my arc it sounded awesome on headphones, but the bass was crap on my cat stereo.

Sent from my XperiaS via transwarp conduit.

True, and with the Mega Bass driver very awesome on my headphones to. Well maybe some fine tuning on your car amplifier will do?? I spend hours for an average good sound quality in my car :cheese:

Trust me, Beats Audio is crap and doesn't do much at all.

Try messing around with the equalizer settings in the Music app, and try the Virtual Surround modes too (I prefer 'Studio'), you should be able to customize the sound to your liking.

Default poweramp

Surely you'd be better off using poweramp? I cant hear much difference between beats and the bass & treble eq on poweramp...

I have both Poweramp, DSPmanager on my phone. But still, Beats Audio just finished that edge of my sound.

Problem is that things like this are very personal opinions.
