Default [Q] FTF Baseband 64

Hello all,

Xda is my last hope.
I need the .64 baseband to make a rom work, i have a ARC.

Can someone kindly upload to me?
I already searched in many places. In the baseband thread, the links are off.

It's says 62 (because of firmware v.), but it's 64 - i tested it.

can anyone tell me how can i change the baseband with unlocked bootloader?

I need a small tuto for it plx, i can't find one
