Means, that kernel source is updated.
My new v2.0 kernel now is on kernel source 2.6.35.13 (before it was 2.6.35.10).
There is only limit space for thread headline.

See changelog:
Code:
- net: wireless: bcm4325: Convert kmalloc() + bzero() to kzalloc() (franciscofranco)
- Using OC settings from franciscofranco (higher OC?)
- Fix camera flicker (Turducken)
- Set axi freq to max possible (clk_get_max_axi_khz())
- CPUFREQ code from 3.0.8 kernel (by me)
- kernel sources updated to 2.6.35.13 (thanks thachtunganh)
- vfs_cache back to 100: better performance
- vm_swappiness = 1: performance is a little bit better than 0

something like this:
Userspace Governor:
This governor, exceptionally rare for the world of mobile devices, allows any program executed by the user to set the CPU's operating frequency. This governor is more common amongst servers or desktop PCs where an application (like a power profile app) needs privileges to set the CPU clockspeed.

My understanding:
This allows you to set the CPU frequency manually
You can set frequencies.

or when a userspace program shall be able to set the CPU dynamically without having to enable the userspace governor manually.
Lets test if nofrills, .. still work if its removed. I would guess that there should be no problems.

Ok so basically it doesn't change the frequency, it leaves the app or the user to change it... but I see it behaves like ondemand on CM9

Comparing results with data on to results with airplane mode is bull****... and you do 3 test of each, make an average, not 2 tests in total, in totally different conditions... this is why I hate you benchmark guys..
