[Q] Lapdock 100. cyclic rebooting. please help me.

Hello, international friends! I am Russian and my English is very bad, sorry beforehand.
I bought a new lapdock 100 of the Ebay United States. But when I connected it to is my Motorola photon I found that lapdock 100 does not work. (Motorola photon is working well, because I tested it with multimediadock - runs webtop and everything works fine). I recorded a video with a description of my problem:

Short description:
The phone prompts me to select the gallery, the music, or a mirror and do not have to select the Webtop. If I choose the gallery, I can see gallery on the screen of lapdock 100 and it disappears after 5 seconds it reboots and starts again the same choice. This happens for any choice (just appear Gallery music or mirror). If I did not choose, it still starts to reboot.
I wrote Motorola customer support, but they do not want to help me, because it not for Russia. The seller does not respond to my questions and I do not know what to do. Help me please. My email Cepreu188@gmail.com
