Install roms and format again need answer

I.install 1 Rom for my HTC ONE X and then I install another one Nd after that I back again.to the first Rom , what I want to ask is is this fine and will not effect the device if to much format and change Rom?

Every time you flash a ROM, you'll wear out the flash memory a little, but it won't be noticeable over the average life of a phone, even if you flash a lot of ROMs.

I'm not an expert, but I've read that nand cells can be flashed something like 100,000 times. So you'd pretty much have to flash ROMs all day, every day for years to wear them out.

There may be experts out there who can provide a bit more detail.
