You don't need to worry about that. Just try. The new method of installation will take care of everything
By the way I don't see any bugs, except some glitches on the keyboard, which I don't have on my stock Indian Rom. May be this version have those by default.

You just have to select full wipe option in the installation UI while flashing the Rom. Just take a back up of your current Rom before proceeding.
