Sorry Texas. I thought I had a cheap video card here somewhere. Looked all over. Found 3 1/2 inch drives, cd drives, even a parallel port but no video card. Will keep looking.

So... hate to be the one to ask but I gotta... anybody know if that twrp is compatible with this rom... looks sick and is supposed to be compatible with all mtd roms.... idk and don't wanna risk anything given the status of my device recently...

TeamWin Recovery.

It has something resembling a GUI, but CWM5 has all the functionality I need so I never bothered trying twrp.

Marcus sent me a zip of it to try and it still fails installation. Note that your backups are not compatible with it so even if it works it won't work for me.

If they can get it flashable for TW it may be neat. But you would either have to reflash a kernel or the ROM to utilize old nandroids. Otherwise moving forward slowly making backups on that recovery and you would be set. It would also be a problem flashing other ROMs. You would need to reflash the recovery. It is a WIP so we will see what they come up with.

Ya that was kinda my question would I be able to use it if I decided to just solely use that recovery... the answer seems to be no... for now at least
