I don't have a A100 so I cannot fully test it , I test this rom on my A500 and G100W with a boot.img for those devices.
This rom is a full base of the leaked ICS rom for the A100
Active support is not my thing as I don't have a lot of time with 3 roms going on.

Installation, first take a full nandroid backup !!!!! -wipe all , factory reset , format !! -flash rom first with cwm or RA recovery -flash extra system apps if you want them

Before you flash a mod you reboot first and use the ring, then you go back to recovery to flash the mod

I had the same issue from original A500 Rom, restore your boot.img that made the camera work however front is now upside down. Have NOT flashed this A100 version yet.
Back camera is not working for me. Just getting a black screen. Front camera works if you click on it then restart the camera. Camera was working fine with the a500 version and ics leak.

mind posting some log cats for the dev so he can figure it out? I'd recommend lumberjack if you don't have adb setup. I'm still running my jerry rigged together a500 version of the rom cause I've got everything working as well as can be with the exception of ICS touch inputs in games still being flaky

I also have a problem with the audio; randomly I can hear a staticky "POP" from the speakers. Though mostly it's when the device is not in use, and I start using it. For example, when I open the app/drawer after the tablet hasn't been in use.

look in OP , new kernel full original A100 ICS kernel , hope it solves camera and noise problems.
