and i also got data drop a lot! each time take a while to come back or sometime doesn't ( had to reboot), did a data & ap mode toggle still not helping,

Beta 8 is def better. Much smoother, no more stuttering BS in the add widgets list is the most impressive improvement, this is the first ICS rom where that's fixed. Thanks Mr. A, you rock!!!

This is an ICS problem, not rom-related. This has already been discussed several times.

For those who are experiencing the delayed response message, you should try Harsh's OC kernel instead of stock or non-OC. So far, I haven't received that message and everything seems quite snappier. I am also using Harsh's most recent version 1105 (I think it's still in beta)...but you can certainly try the 0805 version.
