When i have more problems is to dial a friend from other provider (TMN), i have always to call the second time, to hear anything.

I had this happen to me last night. Not sure if my issue was exactly the same but even a reboot didn't work. I wiped the data from the phone application and I could make outgoing calls again. I had tried making 4 phone calls and got nothing on either end of the phone. Not saying clearing data was what worked but it may have been the problem in my case.

update : I changed my radio for the KB1 instead of the KI1 and I haven't reproduce the bug
